Letter of Intent for Use of City Facility or Park

  1. This is not a reservation of the location. In most circumstances reservations are not allowed. Contact City Recorder with any questions at 514-899-1231. Certain events require City Council approval. All letters of Intent and Insurance Certificates need to be filed with the City at least 3 working days prior to the event.

  3. By signing below, you indicate that you have legal authority to sign this Letter of Intent on behalf of the requested event. You assume full legan and financial responsibility for the event and understand that the condition of the location must be the same, or improved as that of when the event started. You have read the Park Use Regulations and agree to abide by them and any other regulations as directed by City Staff.

  4. Electronic Signature Agreement

    By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
